Thank you for shopping with us! We take pride in crafting high-quality, custom laser-cut signs that bring your ideas to life. Because many of our products are personalised, we’ve outlined our return and refund policy to ensure transparency and peace of mind.

 

Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

• You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Provide clear photos of the issue (e.g., damage, incorrect design).
• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

 

Refunds

Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
• Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear.

 

Custom Orders

Because each sign is made to order, we cannot offer refunds for:

• Spelling errors submitted by the customer
• Design changes requested after production has started

We recommend double-checking all personalisation details before placing your order.

 

Shipping Issues

If your item is lost or delayed in transit, we’ll work with our courier partners to resolve the issue. Please contact us if your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe.
